- As we receive the order, soon the products are checked to ensure they are in a perfect condition. All the products are checked by us, for the electronic or electric product we do make a operational trial check.
- After products pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our logistics partner for delivery.
- As soon as the parcel is shipped the tracking information is activate and customer is provided with tracking information of the consignment. The customer can check it as per their ease and requirement.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach you at the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We package our products in boxes, corrugated rolls or eco-friendly bags are required according to the product shape, size, form, dimensions, weight etc. Each individual product is packaged and fragile items are safely secured with additional packaging material layers as required.
We have a firm belief on the quality of packaging and strive to provide the most suitable one. Our packaging are in line with the compliances and mandates of the Govt.
Proximity of delivery
FerrumKart ships throughout India! However due to the Covid situation there may be unavailability in some areas. Kindly check the pincode serviceability. We reserve the right to cancel the order if address is unserviceable. We would definitely process the refunds in those cases automatically.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

Estimated delivery time
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Thursdays, Sundays, state & national holidays). If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
Order being shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.
- We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
- India shipping charges – A flat Rs.99 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.1000.
- Currently we are not accepting orders below Rs. 250
- However there can be higher charges for Andaman & Nicobar region.
