Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please write us at info@ferrumkart.com , providing the order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellations can be done before the products are shipped and are in processing. The timeline of cancellation window is 24hours or 1 Day from the time of making the order. As soon as the order is shipped cancellation cannot be done.

For the cancellations beyond the moment product is shipped, a standard cancellation fee of Rs. 149/- will be charged. The refund will be processed with the amount net of the cancellation fee. For the orders on which shipping charge is levied, the shipping charge is non-refundable.

Delivered shipments cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We will try our best for customer satisfaction.

As soon as the order is cancelled we initiate the refund process. As already mentioned above, post-shipped order are refunded net of cancellation fee. Refund process may take up to 7 working days to get reflected into your side.

The customer has the liberty to choose the refund mode. Refunds can be made via Two mode –

1) Bank Account Transfer – The customer upon acceptance of the cancellation email received by us will be provided a link form to put in the bank details, on which he/she wants the refund.

2) Source of Payment – This is another mode through which refund is made. The cards / net banking / wallet through which payment was made, will be the source of payment and refunds will be made to the same source.
